These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and w2777 (hereinafter "w2777", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://w2777.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any bonus-specific terms.

These Terms are effective as of the date of your account registration. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 14 of this Agreement.

To register an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are aware that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction, and you accept sole responsibility for compliance with those laws.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You undertake to notify w2777 promptly of any changes to this information.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. w2777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. w2777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Accuracy

The name registered on your w2777 account must match the name on the payment method(s) used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may trigger a hold on your account pending verification. w2777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to confirm the accuracy of account information at any time.

In accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, w2777 requires Users to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed, and reserves the right to request verification at any point during the account lifecycle.

5.1 Required Documents

KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides, clearly photographed) or a current, unexpired passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.
• Liveness Check: A selfie or short video holding your identity document, confirming that the document belongs to the account holder.
• Source of Funds: Documentation may be requested to verify the origin of deposited funds in accordance with AML obligations.

5.2 Verification Holds

w2777 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals, and in certain circumstances on deposits, pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by w2777 as displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of deposit. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options — is subject to change without prior notice and is confirmed exclusively at the cashier.

References to Pakistani payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) in these Terms and on the Platform are for informational and contextual purposes only. These references do not constitute endorsement of, or affiliation with, gambling services by those providers.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and account status.
• w2777 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your account Balance and are available for Real Money Play immediately upon confirmation of receipt.
• w2777 does not pay interest on account balances.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has been verified in accordance with Clause 5 of these Terms. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to method availability.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published in the cashier at the time of request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. Bank transfers may take between one and three business days. Mobile wallet withdrawals depend on the operator's processing schedule and the relevant provider's timeline.
• Bonus funds must satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• w2777 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value or first-time requests.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the User's own name will not be processed.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms, w2777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation.

w2777 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual bonus terms, which will be clearly published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Each bonus offer is subject to a specific Wagering Requirement, time limit, minimum odds restriction and eligible game scope, as stated in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement is satisfied within the stated period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device or payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• w2777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at its discretion, particularly where abuse, collusion or technical error is suspected.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of matched betting strategies, automated bots or account duplication — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

All betting and gaming activity on the Platform is governed by specific product rules applicable to each game category, sporting event or market. These product rules form part of these Terms and are accessible within the relevant game or sportsbook section.

9.1 Sportsbook

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. w2777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by manifest error, system failure, data feed corruption or post-event result amendment by the relevant governing body. Coverage of Pakistani cricket events including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments is subject to event availability and scheduling.

9.2 Casino & Live Games

All casino games are operated by third-party studios. RTP (Return to Player) figures are determined by the game studio and, where displayed, are theoretical averages over a large number of rounds — they are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Live casino games are subject to the studio's own connection and broadcast policies.

9.3 Disconnections

w2777 is not liable for losses or interrupted play resulting from internet disconnection, device failure or service outages beyond our control. Completed rounds are recorded on our servers and will take precedence over client-side display in the event of a dispute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. w2777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to void all associated bets, bonuses and balances.

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating or benefitting from collusion, match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing discrepancies for financial gain.
• Conducting transactions that are connected with, or may facilitate, money laundering or the financing of unlawful activity.
• Abusing promotional offers including matched betting, bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of terms.
• Using payment methods held in a name other than the registered account holder.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing towards customer support staff or other Platform users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, frame, scrape, extract or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of w2777.

Game content provided by third-party studios is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights. Use of third-party game content outside of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, w2777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill.

w2777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will endeavour to resolve technical issues promptly but accept no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, third-party service provider outages or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

w2777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on their account or via a notice posted on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform. Amendments do not have retrospective effect with respect to bets already settled.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w2777 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as updated from time to time and as communicated to Users.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, please be aware that Pakistani courts may assert jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the Platform in Pakistan. w2777 does not represent that these Terms are enforceable in any particular jurisdiction, and makes no claim as to the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan.
